To claim our Money-Back Guarantee:
- The Money-Back Guarantee is valid on all models of LaziSkin.
- You must complete at least 6 treatments, and take a photo of the area(s) of your body you are treating before each session.
- Trial our handset for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but no longer than 90 days.
- If you notice there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, simply email your 6 photos to us at email@example.com quoting your order number. Once we receive it, we will review your application.
- All 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted and received by us within 90 days of receiving your LaziSkin handset.
- ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps for proof. Any applications without this information will not be accepted.
- If your application does not meet any of our returns criteria, your application will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete claims or illegible claims submitted for application, will not be approved for a refund.
- Once we receive your LaziSkin handset, and the if the application is approved, we will refund you 100% of the handset purchase price (at the time that you ordered)
- The greatest determining factor for successful results is using it consistently, as advised, and for the recommended period of time.
- If for some reason you are not consistent with your treatments, results will reflect this. We have no control of how often you use your LaziSkin handset or how you use the handset.
- Please ensure that our User Guide is thoroughly read and understood. If the handset has not been used as instructed or incorrectly, a refund will not be approved.
- We (LaziSkin Ltd) reserve our right to reject an application for a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence provided by you (the customer) to our returns departments.
- Return expenses (postage and processing costs) of sending the handset back to us (once approved by our Results team) is the full responsibility of the claimant (you the customer), and return postage costs will not be refunded.
- We strongly advise to return the LaziSkin handset via a full trackable mail method. Unless sent using a full trackable postage service, we cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us. (Once received by us, please allow up to 2-3 business days for the return to be processed)
